To me, Jazz is like a conversation. A conversation can be serious, funny, and inspiring, and Bill Evans does a great job in keeping the conversation alive. His style can be subtle, but unexpected, and sometimes aggressive. His music has inspired and is a great companion, talk buddy of mine.
